Paying attention on purpose – Responding – Being Kind


Listen to a gentle breeze, and play with a Koto, a traditional Japanese string instrument. No goals, no winning.

Breathe slowly for a few minutes.

Let your thoughts grow quiet.

Try to only hear and see what’s on the screen.

How do you feel today? How would you like to feel by the end of the day?

Set a simple, positive intention: “Today, I will…”.
